Ruby Dolce is crafted at Cantina Sociale di Casorzo, a group of growers with Malvasia Nera planted in the DOC of Malvasia di
Casorzo. It is a very small area just North of the town of Asti, in Piemonte, with limited production and this wine carries the DOC strip label.

It is bright, fresh, juicy and refreshing with a slight bit of spritz. The Italians call this Frizzante, but we call it delicious. It is slightly sweet and an excellent cocktail wine, or pair with chocolate and many other desserts!
