The Azienda Agricola Il Palagetto was founded in 1991 in San Gimignano.  Chosen wine maker and famed oenologist, Tachis, helped to distinguish Palagetto wines with a firm commitment to concentrate on quality wine production. In 2003, a brand new 37,000 square foot, temperature controlled wine cellar was added to further increase the value and selection of the Estate bottled Tuscan wines. Along with wine, the farm produces olive oil, honey and saffron; all of which are produced using the proper combination of traditional and modern methods.
