Eredita owner, Chris Papallo, started down the path to his passion by presenting his wife with a Heady Topper “clone” home-brew in 2013. It led to his first breakthrough – a collaboration with Steady Habits Brewing that was served at the 2016 Beer Advocate Microbrew Invitational in Boston.

The journey north started with a course on small batch-brewing at Sterling College led by acclaimed master-brewer Anders Kissmeyer, and brewers Jan Paul and Shaun Hill.

Attention to detail and a squeegee were the ingredients for a recipe that would land him a five year installment at the acclaimed Hill Farmstead Brewery – firmly cementing his love for brewing.

He then met with the owners of the Twelve Percent Beer Project, who re-ignited the fire of starting his own brewery. Eredità Beer was born and with the state of the art facilities at Twelve Percent, he have been able to bring his ideas into reality.
