Habitation Velier is the world’s only range of Pure Single Rums from. Pure Single Rum defines a rum from a single distillery, distilled exclusively in pot stills, that is, in traditional discontinuous alembics. The vintage Pure Single Rums are entirely aged in a tropical climate, which ensures natural, accelerated aging compared to European ageing, at the expense of the quantity produced. All Habitation Velier rums are barrel proof, without cold filter, and without the addition of caramel or any other element not from distillation.

The first six products in the Habitation Velier range are made in the Caribbean. Although still not widely known, Pure Single Rums are the purest expressions of sugarcane and its by-product; molasses, which have been distilled exclusively in a pot still. Each expression is the result of a unique project. The white Pure Single Rums are of an exceptional quality and the purest expression of sugar cane. Rich in flavour and high in proof, they represent a new generation of rums for the aficionado. The aged rums embody the power of the interaction between the wood and the complexity of the old methods of production.
