The Domaine d’Aussières is located 5 km from Narbonne and 3 km from Fontfroide, in the Corbières appellation, covering 550 ha with a central 180 ha organically farmed vineyard. The winery is housed in the old cellars of the estate, which dates back to the Middle Ages and was once owned by the Fontfroide abbey. Surrounded by garrigues, olive groves, almond trees, beehives and wooded hills, the estate, which is highly committed to biodiversity, has a bird protection league reserve.
