Wonderbird Spirits is North Mississippi’s first distillery, located just 8 minutes south of Oxford. Founded by friends Chand Harlow and Rob Forster, the distillery opened in Spring 2019.

The goal: to make a world-class, hand crafted gin!

Wonderbird uses Mississippi Delta Rice as its base spirit, fermented using techniques inspired by traditional sake making. This creates an exceptionally clean, smooth foundation, allowing for refined aromatics and subtle complexity in the finished gin.

The result is a modern, elegant gin rooted in American agriculture and built for versatility—perfect neat or in cocktails.
