Project Optimist is a consortium of people who make cool things happen in the beverage world.

Some of their “projects” are brands, bottles, and blends born of our their minds, while others are collaborations with individuals and companies who share similar visions. Many of their projects stand alone, but they share resources to make their existence possible.
