Jason’s journey to Prestige-Ledroit began through The Craft Coalition. With a background as a Beverage Director in Maryland, his deep appreciation for the craft beer industry was honed over many years. This passion culminated in his leadership role at Manor Hill Brewing starting in 2015, where he gained invaluable insights into sustainable brand growth within the beer market. Under his guidance, Manor Hill Brewing grew to become Maryland’s largest and most decorated farm brewery.

In 2019, Jason founded The Craft Coalition to reimagine how beer is marketed and distributed in the region. By uniting top regional breweries and fostering strong relationships with local DMV breweries, Jason and his team established enduring partnerships with retailers across Maryland and DC. As VP of Beer Development, Jason will direct the growth of PLDC’s beer program and oversee the curation of The Craft Coalition portfolio.

Jason resides in Woodbine, MD, with his wife and three children.
